That’s why we’ve launched #StrongerTogether – a Group-wide initiative focused on inclusion, belonging and making sure colleagues have opportunities to be heard.
Led by our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Continuous Improvement Group, #StrongerTogether creates a space for conversations, shared learning and practical support around the experiences that matter to our people.
Turning conversations into action
#StrongerTogether isn’t about inclusion being something we talk about once a year. It’s about creating ongoing opportunities to listen, learn and make positive changes to the colleague experience.
Our first focus is #StrongerTogetherThroughMenopause, opening up conversations around menopause, increasing awareness and making it easier for colleagues to understand and access the support available.
By talking more openly about experiences that can affect people at work, we can help challenge stigma, build understanding and create an environment where colleagues feel more comfortable asking for support.
And this is just the beginning
Over time, #StrongerTogether will explore more of the experiences and topics that shape wellbeing, inclusion and belonging across Vertas Group.
We know that creating an inclusive workplace is an ongoing process. It means listening to different experiences, learning from our colleagues and continuing to look at how we can make working here better.
